fusionV™
The fusionV™ provides all of the tip timing capabilities of our echoV™ DAQ hardware, with the added capability of tip clearance measurements when used in conjunction with our combined tip timing/tip clearance probes, or tip clearance specific probes such as capacitive or eddy current probes. The fusionV™ also provides inputs for up to 8 channels, plus reference 1/rev for one or two rotors and time code inputs.
The modular system is designed to be networked together using a high-speed network switch to provide for large channel counts for all of your combined tip timing and tip clearance needs.
Advanced Tip Clearance Measurements with fusion+V™
Individual blade tip clearances and overall clearance measurement values can be outputted to your preferred data system. The fusion+V™ model provides a built in signal processor that completely digitizes the waveform. Automated percent peak triggering and recording can then be performed which reduces operator input to a minimum. Both the fusionV™ and fusion+V™ provide 16 channels for low speed analog data (such as pressure, temperature, vibes) to be recorded synchronously with the tip timing data.
